A few months back, I decided to sign up for this blog space, to share with you my exploration of the wilderness in New Hampshire. I can't tell you how much I have enjoyed it, which really surprises me. Please understand that I am an engineer by profession and reason. I crunch numbers well, but I am horrible at grammar. I didn't have a hard time tackling classes like Differential Equations and Multidimensional Calculus. But freshmen English, I struggled with! This is why it surprises me that I enjoy this blog so much. I love to write it and share it with you. I really hope you enjoy it as well. Thanks for reading!
In an effort to share this blog with more people, I have created a Facebook page. If you feel like it and want to become a fan, please do. Facebook Page Link.

I found you through Twitter, and having just returned from a lovely weekend hiking in the Whites (Washington, Bridal Veil Falls & Bald Peak on Kinsman) I am now reading about other's hikes to keep me going and inspire me until I get back up there.
ReplyDeleteI'm on the South Shore of Boston, so it's not too far. Looking forward to reading about your hikes!
Leanna,
ReplyDeleteThanks for reading. I'm glad you found my blog. It looks like you covered a lot of territory on your last trip. I hope you continue to make your way up north to New Hampshire, enjoying the Whites and what they have to offer.
Keep us posted on your future hikes!
Karl
A walk in the woods is my fav book read it twice!!
ReplyDeleteHey Adam,
ReplyDeleteA Walk in the Woods is one of my favorite books right now. Really good stuff.
If you like that, you would like We Took to the Woods by Louise Dickenson Rich. It is about a school teacher who leaves the city to live in the Upton ME/Errol NH region back in the 20's and 30's. I think I liked it a lot because she lived right up where my Dad and I used to go north to hunt when I was a kid. Check it out. You may like it.
